Madeleine Perkins is a communications manager at the Heising-Simons Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2018, Madeleine wrote about science and politics for Business Insider. She also held research positions at the California Coastkeeper Alliance and the Earth Law Center. Madeleine received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and environmental studies from the University of Victoria in Canada, and her master’s degree in international political communications from the University of Sheffield in England.
