Many organizations serving youth continuously strive to become more effective in their work to transform lives. PropelNext, an initiative of the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, provides knowledge, resources, and expertise to nonprofits in order to help them build more robust programs serving young people.

The Heising-Simons Foundation has recently joined PropelNext to expand the program to a new group of nonprofits serving disadvantaged youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Foundation’s Community and Opportunity program supports two PropelNext grantees—Able Works and Unity Care—through a $200,000 grant over three years for capacity building and organizational resilience.
