The transportation sector is the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S., and electric vehicles charged with zero-carbon electricity are essential to achieve long-term pollution reductions. This grant supports The Climate Group in launching a new platform, EV100, to bring together forward-looking companies committed to accelerating electric vehicle adoption. Specifically, The Climate Group will support companies across a broad range of sectors in increasing electric vehicle use, profile corporate members to highlight the business case for electric vehicles, and identify the policies needed for businesses to reap the greatest benefits from electric vehicles.
