Greenlining Institute’s (Greenlining) mission is to advance economic opportunity and empowerment for people of color through advocacy, community and coalition building, research, and leadership development.

This grant supports Charge Ahead California, a campaign to bring one million electric vehicles (EVs) to California by 2023 while ensuring equitable access for low-income communities and communities of color. Greenlining is one of five steering committee members of this campaign.
