Devra has deep experience working on climate and energy issues, serving most recently as a program director at the Energy Foundation. There, Devra focused on United States power sector issues, managing the organization’s “utility of the future” and energy efficiency strategies and grantmaking. Prior to joining the Energy Foundation, Devra served for more than a decade as the director of the California Energy Program at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she advocated for policies to ensure consumers received affordable, reliable, and environmentally sensitive energy services.
