Linda Nguyen is a program associate for the Education Program at the Heising-Simons Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2024, Linda supported underserved students in accessing higher education through the TRiO Talent Search Program at Evergreen Valley College. Previously, Linda managed partnerships at Oakland Promise, increasing children’s access to higher education across the city of Oakland. Linda received a bachelor’s degree in Asian American studies with a minor in women, gender, and sexuality studies, from the University of California, Davis. They received a master’s degree in counseling and guidance from San Jose State University.
