Heising-Simons Foundation CEO Deanna Gomby, was named to Silicon Valley magazine’s “The Power List” this month.

“Silicon Valley can flex its muscles in ways other than world-changing technology,” the magazine notes.  “Here are the power players in the worlds of philanthropy and community support,” it states, pointing to a list that includes Mark Zuckerberg and Pricilla Chan of Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Larry Kramer of The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, Nicole Taylor of Silicon Valley Community Foundation, and Ms. Gomby, among others.

Reaching an audience of more than 100,000, Silicon Valley magazine was started in 2016.
