Andrea Michel is a program manager for the Education program at the Heising-Simons Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2019, Andrea managed partnerships and community outreach at an education nonprofit that connected high school students from underserved communities to summer enrichment programs. Andrea received her bachelor’s degree in international studies with a focus on sociology and linguistics from the University of California, San Diego.
